Project details
The the standard package with coverage of 12 hrs/day, the following services will be provided:
• Live Chat Support / Guest Communication
• Listing Creating / Optimization / Management (Airbnb, Vrbo, BDC)
• Occupancy and revenue reports
• Price Optimization and Analysis
• Automation of PMS (Hospitable, Guesty, Hostaway etc)
• Review management and monitoring
• Damages and claims (Airbnb)
• Cleaning and maintenance sourcing / scheduling
I will work closely with the host to gain a better understanding of their vision regarding their Short-term rental business and how they plan to execute it.
