Shweta and her team were very good to work with throughout our project. Communication was always professional, and everyone was helpful and pleasant to deal with.
One thing prospective clients should know is that this is an agency-led service rather than a direct one-to-one arrangement with Shweta herself. We initially understood the role a little differently and only later realised that the work was being delivered through a wider agency team.
In the end, we found that our business was better suited to a dedicated team member embedded within our company. That was simply a matter of fit rather than service quality.
We appreciate all the support provided by Shweta and her team and wish them every success in the future.
