The client needed over 50 scanned PDF pages to be converted into fully editable and well-formatted Word and Excel files. These documents contained complex tables, headers, footnotes, and various fonts. I used advanced OCR tools like Adobe Acrobat Pro and ABBYY FineReader, followed by careful manual editing to ensure 100% accuracy. All formatting—including bold, italic, bullet lists, alignment, and spacing—was preserved exactly like the original. I also converted some data sections into Excel spreadsheets with formulas and proper data validation. The project was delivered 2 days ahead of the deadline, and the client was extremely satisfied with the quality and professionalism. This task reflects my expertise in document formatting, layout matching, error-free transcription, and fast delivery. I always ensure client confidentiality and work with full dedication.
