Below are a few inspection types;
DUPRO - During Production
We randomly inspect all of the production steps, whether these are pattern, Materials, Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching or Packing and we visit 5 to 7 times during production. We inform our customers of the real status of production and about quality.
IPC - Initial Production Checking
When the production is almost 10 to 20 % ready we do random inspections about quality and production statutes. 2 to 3 visits in this inspection.
FRI - Final Random Inspection
When the shipment is 100 % packed then we inspect the quality and make sure the shipment is the same as the customer's requirements.
