Tasks that I will do:
Listing Management: I will manage or create listings. Write titles / descriptions / add photos
Manage reservations: Accept or decline trip requests
Chat: Get to know guests, answer questions, and coordinate arrival and departure
Check-In/Out msg: I will create automatic messages to keep your guest posted about important rules and procedures
Help guests during their stay: I will communicate with your guests, make sure they are having a good experience and handle any problem they have
Cleaning / Maintenance schedule: I will coordinate cleaning and maintenance staff (costs and staff hiring are the owner's responsibility)
Reviews: I will write guest reviews and ask them to make sure your property will have 5 stars
Airbnb Support: I can handle the communication with Airbnb support and find a resolution for any inconvenience
Resolution Center Requests: Send or request money for extra services or any damage.
Any other task required but not mentioned I am more than happy to help!

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Michelle can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Michelle receives requirements from you.

The client will decide how many hours of work will be needed. It's important to know that the more working hours are hired, the lower will be the hourly rate

The client will give me access as a Co-host on Airbnb or any other platform required.
