No matter how many emails you have (I’ve seen tens of thousands!), I can get you to Inbox Zero within 14 days. That’s the easy part.
The hard part is - helping you maintain it. I analyze your business, life, and inbox to understand how you and it operate. From the analysis, I then create a tailored and comprehensive system of filters and processes to complete the following:
1. Reduce the number of emails you receive.
2. Create automated filters and categories for the ones you do receive.
3. Write templated emails (in your voice) you can use for common types of inbounds and outbounds.
4. Provide you with written SOPs on how to maintain your inbox.
💡 Think of Inbox Zero as a deep clean, like the one done when you move into a new place.
This is great for people who already have executive assistants who can follow directions but may not be able to create processes and systems that are effective and efficient; and for people who don’t have assistants but have the time and motivation to maintain their inbox and just need a clean slate and automation.
Includes an hour-long zoom at the beginning of the project, and 2 30-minute check-ins.
