Pleasure to meet you! I’m Greg. Most clients choose to work with me because I’m calm, easy to collaborate and speak with, detail-oriented, and I genuinely care about making sure the systems I build actually work for you in the real world.
My background is a mix of engineering and AI automation. Between freelancing, I spent my time playing hockey and studying mechanical engineering, where I learned how to break down complex systems, debug problems logically, and build processes that run predictably. That analytical mindset is exactly what I bring into AI automations today.
Over the last year and a half, I’ve invested over 2,000 hours building and testing n8n workflows and coding systems. During that time, I’ve designed dozens of agentic automations for real business use cases, ranging from lead scrapers and automated inbox managers to fully automated AI receptionists. My focus is on building systems that behave predictably, recover gracefully from edge cases, and can be trusted to run unattended in production environments.
Examples of automations I’ve built and deployed include:

- A post-call logging workflow that summarizes non-booking calls into clean, standardized records and appends them to Google Sheets, Notion, or internal databases for follow-up and analysis.
- An SMS automation system that sends real-time confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups via Twilio, reducing no-shows and keeping customers informed.
- A prompt-management and guardrail workflow that enforces low-hallucination behavior using system prompts, tool-only responses, validation nodes, and retry logic to maintain consistent agent behavior.
