Amazon Seller Central Management and Product Sourcing & Management
I had worked with this freelancer before in the past for a couple small jobs, but this time he had promised me to make a pretty simple packaging product/gift product, and send it to the United States, as well as manage my Amazon listings. Not only did he not procure the items I needed, he did not even make one Amazon listing, or make me an account or do anything. He literally scammed me, but I’m trying to be as detailed as possible as to what work was not done. Literally 0% of the work was done, and I begged him on Skype messages for the past four months to respond. I received some responses for months ago about him being hospitalized, but I figured that that was a lie, and he ghosted me ever cents. This was almost 1500 Hardwork dollars. I am a sole proprietor, and I need every penny to exist/survive. If Upwork does not protect me from this very simple case, I will be not using them ever again, and will make sure that everybody on my 300,000 followers knows that.

Immediately after being hired wanted to offer a new proposal that was double the hours and double the initially REQUESTED rate. We feel this vendor wasted our time and never intended to work at their quoted rate. Simply bait and switch.
