With over 17 years of hands-on experience in customer service, sales support, and technical assistance, I bring a powerful combination of customer-centric communication and creative design expertise to every role I take on.

My career began at Air Jamaica in 2005, where I provided in-person customer service and clerical support—developing a strong foundation in direct customer interaction and multitasking in high-pressure environments.

From there, I entered the BPO industry and served clients like:

Office Depot (2006–2009) – Inbound customer support and collections

Delta Airlines (2009–2011) – Call center reservations and client assistance

Vistaprint (2011–2023) – Where I spent 12 years mastering both customer service and print-ready graphic design. I helped clients create high-quality business cards, brochures, postcards, and other branded materials using professional tools and the Vistaprint editor. I was promoted to Advisor, supporting frontline agents, managing escalations, overseeing QA, and handling email and ticket support using Zendesk, Slack, and Jira.

In 2024, I held a short-term contract with Verizon, sharpening my phone support and CRM abilities.

Since 2021, I’ve run my own Amazon Seller store, managing all customer emails, refunds, and product issues, which has further strengthened my operational independence and attention to detail.
