Facebook Group Admin for Housekeeper Nanny She was very friendly, professional, and eager to help during onboarding. Unfortunately, communication became an issue once she took over a key part of my business.

One of her primary responsibilities was reaching out to pending Facebook group members, which directly impacts my revenue and member approvals. After following up on the status, I learned that she had been unable to perform the work for approximately five days due to an issue with her Facebook account. My concern was not the technical issue itself, but that it was never communicated to me. Had I known, I could have stepped in or made alternative arrangements to ensure the work continued.

She was pleasant to work with, but for a role involving time-sensitive tasks and lead management, proactive communication is critical. I would encourage more frequent status updates and immediate communication when issues arise.
