Initial Review & Variance Check
I will log into Xero or Business Central, verify the bank feed status, and compare the system balance against your PDF bank statements to confirm exactly how much is out of balance.
Transaction Coding & Matching
I will process the unreconciled lines. In Xero, I will match payments to invoices/bills. In BC365, I will utilize the Payment Reconciliation Journal to match entries and apply correct GL codes.
