For 28+ years, I’ve led global programs and cross-functional teams at Salesforce, Philips Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, and Ethicon. Whether it was running large engineering programs across six countries, delivering multi-year digital transformation initiatives, or rescuing projects that were stuck, I’ve seen every version of chaos — and built systems to eliminate it.
My signature work includes leading a $180M global program with 180+ engineers that created a cancer-detection platform now used in hospitals worldwide. That experience shaped how I operate: clear governance, disciplined planning, honest communication, and strong stakeholder alignment.
