We will recruit call center agents based on the job requirements and necessary skills. You will have the opportunity to speak with the agents for the final interview and select the call center agent you prefer to hire.
We do not charge a project setup fee. Billing will be as agreed upon at the job assignment or when the contract is signed.
A team supervisor will be assigned to oversee and monitor the team to ensure they meet job requirements, and we do not bill for the supervisor.
We use advanced software to enhance productivity and track work logs as needed.
We are available on the required communication channels regularly and promptly.
