Our experiance with Melissa was wonderful, very responsive, very quick at the job. though Melissa did stand with all her obligations, for me, as someone which does not have any legal background or knowledge, I would have appreciated additional explanantions such as; what to expect in our situation, what are the usual next steps, any risks in the plan, anyhting else we need to know, just as a professional preparing his clients, again this is not an official part of the job, but would go a long way for an unexperianced person like me if that makes sense.
