You will get your information merged using MS Excel data source to MS Word document. I am able to design excel based program where you just need to click a button and the program will merge information row by row and creates individual report/letter and save to the computer and same will be attached as Word or PDF or as an excel document for email via outlook. So you just need to click a button and the program will handle all.
