I am a consistent, self-initiated, and values-centered virtual assistant who specializes in providing administrative support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Language Pathologists. As your Medical Virtual Assistant, I will:
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Transcribe therapist documentation (written and occasionally verbal)
• Correspond with Therapists, Agencies, Physician Offices, and Internal staff

• Perform technical audits
• Address employees' administrative queries

I have a strong Internet connection and am experienced in using communication tools like Zoom and Slack. I also know of current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP. Furthermore, I am proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets) and am familiar with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
