Delivery time starts when Shinsuke receives requirements from you.
Shinsuke works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.

The client provides the property's address, access method (e.g. key location or contact person), preferred start date, and any specific notes (e.g. no mailbox, pets on site, etc.).
✅ Step 2 Schedule and perform bi-weekly inspections
We visit the property twice per month for 6 months. Each visit includes checking the exterior, mailbox, door/window integrity, and surroundings. Photos are taken each time.
