Within 3 working days of purchase, we book a 60-minute focused call. I ask about your business, team, current tools, and the three things slowing you down most. By the end of the call, I have everything I need to write your triage memo.
Review of your current setup
Using read-only access to your Asana, Notion, or other project tool, I review how your operations actually run today. I look at workflow structure, SOPs, recurring task templates, team coordination, and where things break down.
