You will get Operations Triage with 24-Hour Written Action Plan
Rising Talent

Project details
If your operations feel patchy, founder-dependent, or harder than they should be, this is the fastest way to know what to fix and in what order.
You get:
• 60-minute focused call where we map your business, team, current tools, and the three biggest issues
• 24-hour written triage memo with the three highest-leverage fixes in priority order, each one quantifying what it's costing you and how to start
• 5-minute Loom walkthrough of the memo so you can share it with your team
Best for founders, agency owners, and small teams (3-20 people) who want clarity in days, not weeks. Often the first step before a Fix Day or Launch Sprint.
Background: I've managed operations across 40-60 active client accounts at a digital marketing agency, led 5+ end-to-end course launches at an online coaching business, and built the company-wide Asana infrastructure for FairWhey's 200,000-unit launch.

About Milda
Fractional Operations & Project Manager |Systems, Delivery & Execution
Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Spain - 5:46 pm local time
Usually when someone comes to me, they're talking to 5 different people just to find out what's actually going on. Nobody owns anything clearly, two people are doing the same task, and things are getting delayed for no good reason other than there's no real structure holding it together.
I come in and I look at how things are actually running, find where they’re breaking down, and put structure around it, across systems, delivery, and day-to-day execution. Nothing overcomplicated. Just clear, usable systems that your team understands and actually sticks to.
The goal is always the same: you should be able to see exactly what's happening in your business without having to chase anyone for an update.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
- Project management systems in Asana, Notion, or ClickUp. One clear place where work lives and nothing falls through the gaps
- Client onboarding and delivery flows that don’t rely on the founder being involved in every step
- SOPs and process documentation so knowledge doesn't live only in people's heads
- Workflow mapping, ownership clarity, and fixing broken handoffs between team members
- Kajabi backends, automations, and program delivery where needed
I've worked with coaching brands, health and performance companies, digital marketing agencies, and growth-stage teams across launches, operational rebuilds, and full business system setups.
If you can feel that things are starting to slip... delivery, communication, team clarity... that’s usually the point where bringing me in makes the biggest difference.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Milda can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Milda receives requirements from you.
Milda works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Kickoff & Discovery Call (up to 60 minutes)
Within 3 working days of purchase, we book a 60-minute focused call. I ask about your business, team, current tools, and the three things slowing you down most. By the end of the call, I have everything I need to write your triage memo.
Review of your current setup
Using read-only access to your Asana, Notion, or other project tool, I review how your operations actually run today. I look at workflow structure, SOPs, recurring task templates, team coordination, and where things break down.
