Project & Email Management Associate for Travel Company
I would recommend Roko for additional work or projects that you may have. The associate role he was hired for entailed multiple tasks across various disciplines and I was quickly comfortable with assigning tasks. What I really appreciated was his independence and comfort to ask questions or point out things that needed attention missed by our in-house associates. Things he helped with were emailing customers and vendors, providing updates to stakeholders, general research, and canvassing for leads on a social media platform (plus many other day to day tasks).
