I am a skilled real estate individual seeking Freelance/ Remote roles, with the ability to function either independently or within a team, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a track record of success
Some of my main responsibilities include, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• reaching out to potential clients in the targeted areas,
• outsourcing properties to fill demands,
• calling, email or texting prospects (buyers, sellers, or renters depending on the need),
• requesting and set up of appointments.
I'm based in Canada but ready to work in any location, my work schedule is still much open and flexible, but I prefer to work on a long or fixed term position with ability to work 15- 40 hours weekly (3-8hours daily) at 8-20usd per hour.
From my experience and knowledge of this business, I am happy to take commission-based roles but require some base salary to compensate for the time being spent.
I have a great command of English with neutral Accent, I am open to new opportunities and quick to learn, I'll sure be a great help for your project and a valuable addition to your team. I'll highly be looking forward to your invitation which will be a start of our great success
