Need to create Graphics and web designs from rough Wireframe
Hi Team,
We hired this guy for a web page design task on FP. He promised us to complete the work in 2-3 weeks. But he actually took more then 1.5 months. Even after our multiple reviews and feedbacks, we never got satisfactory product, We have already released payment to him for 2 milestones out of four. (around 170 dollars). For 3rd milestone, the payment is there in escrow. We dont want to use his code anymore as we are scrapping his designs as they are useless. We lost our time and money as well him. We want to raise it to upwork so that our amount in escrow can be released back to us. This guy is sending personal and nasty emails to our personal email ids, facebook ids, linkedin profile blackmailing us that he will do this and that. He is saying he will release the code publically. we dont have any issue with this as we are not using the code at all. But we dont want our idea to get leaked. Such emails from him are unethical. Please let us know upwork can help us in this matter. We have good credit history in all our previous assignments.
