I run social media the way an owner would: strategy, content, posting, and the automation that catches what happens after someone engages. I've paired hands-on social media management with marketing automation (Make, Zapier, HubSpot) and paid ads experience, so growth doesn't stall at "engaged." It moves to "converted."

On the strategy side, I build content pillars, posting cadence, and a plan tied to actual business goals, not a calendar for its own sake, along with a platform mix recommendation based on where your buyers actually are.

On execution, I handle content creation and short-form video editing for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with hooks, pacing, and captions built for retention. I keep posting consistent and manage the community around it, so comments and DMs get handled the same day instead of sitting for a week. I also set up lead follow-up automation so engagement turns into real conversations instead of just numbers on a dashboard.
