I am a novice freelance project manager with experience in six sigma projects, specifically related to healthcare. These have varied from increasing patient satisfaction scores, increasing workplace productivity and employee engagement, workplace safety and more. I have special training in six sigma black belt and agile and waterfall project management.
PRESENTATION/TRAINING
I have also worked as a training manager for a private practice where I did six sigma related projects for protocol creation and improvement, patient satisfaction and training delivery. This came with a lot of experience leading meetings and creating and delivering various types of presentations.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
