I will be your Shopify Store Manager checking on different parts of your business to make sure everything runs smoothly.
WHAT I WILL DO:
• Upload any new products to your Shopify Store
• Fulfil orders and send the correct tracking number (last mile)
• I will process and review any pending payments where necessary
• I will provide customer support for your Shopify store
• I will integrate product offers via any app you use for upsells or product offers. This includes creating sign-up forms and exit intent pop-ups and any other product offers.
HOW I WILL WORK ON YOUR PROJECT:
• I will dedicate 4 hours to your business on a daily basis to review and update any of the above-listed todos.
• I will add you to my project management account so you can follow up on what is done and not done on a daily basis. I use ClickUp for this.
IMPORTANT:
• This project is specific to stores that have less than 70 tickets a day.
• When tickets increase, I will only manage to handle the specified number until we both agree on a specific rate to move forward.
• I can do inventory management via sheets or Shopify Bulk product uploads
• For new products, images and copies must be available.
