You will get organized, stress-free event planning, marketing, and vendor management.

Project details
Between vendors, timelines, sponsors, and a hundred small details, event planning can eat up your entire week before you even get to the parts you actually enjoy. I help nonprofits, small businesses, and entrepreneurs take that load off so they can show up on event day already knowing everything's handled.
I bring experience coordinating run-of-shows, engaging sponsors, managing volunteers, coordinating vendors, and marketing communications, so you get both the logistics and the human side of event planning in one place. Depending on your tier, this can include event timelines, run-of-show documents, vendor coordination, venue logistics, registration planning, budget tracking, volunteer planning, and communication workflows. My goal is to reduce stress, create structure, and ensure everyone involved understands their role* before event day arrives.
*PLEASE NOTE: as a remote planner, a designated on-site event liaison is required. This individual (staff member, volunteer, venue representative, or hired coordinator) serves as the primary point of contact during event execution, allowing me to provide effective planning, coordination, and logistical support for day-of tasks.

About Caroline
Marketing, Communications, Events, Community Engagement
Lewisville, United States - 7:20 pm local time
I've worn many hats: leading communications efforts, managing content, creating social media campaigns, coordinating events, managing vendors, and building systems that help organizations operate more efficiently as they grow. Because of this, I have a knack for helping organizations create structure before they have the resources for a full in-house marketing team. In doing so, I build consistent processes/workflows, create content templates or other marketing assets, and enable communication systems that allow teams to maintain consistency and momentum long after a project is complete.
I'm known for being highly organized, relationship-oriented, and detail-focused. I have an ability to spot unique opportunities, bring to light details that others may miss, streamline processes, and create clarifying efficiency for complex projects. Colleagues often describe me as someone who brings a calm, grounding presence to a team; while helping people feel supported, heard, and confident as they navigate challenges and change. My personal passion is helping the world become a more emotionally intelligent place, while also working in nature as a way to bring myself mental peace and creative clarity.
Testimonials:
"When we joined, we were a team of four, three board members and one committed volunteer. From day one, Caroline became my best friend :) She literally walked me step by step on creating our account and making sure it was thoroughly completed to maximize our membership. No question was off limits and she quickly responded to every single email. This was my first impression of the organization."
"Thanks so much to you and your team for a fantastic convening. I can honestly say that this convening was the most well organized and least stressful of all our convenings in the past 3 years."
