STR Virtual and Operations Assistant Jennifer was helpful, willing, somewhat knowledgeable in the STRO field and available. However, her support lacked understanding of an STR owner's problems and appropriate problem-solving execution. She made some mistakes that were costly in terms of my time and money for me, but she was willing to be accountable, fix them and resolve them which I appreciated. I recommend Jennifer if you have standard operating procedures in place and know exactly, step by step, what you need your assistant to do, and in what order.
