Project details
Managing your property in Cambodia doesn’t have to be stressful. I am expat living in Cambodia and speaking several languages, including English, German, Spanish, Russian, and basic Khmer. I provide property management services in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Siem Reap, Kampot (and more on demand)
I will do:
1. Regular Property Inspections: to ensure your property remains guest-ready, clean, and compliant with listing standards.
2. Cleaning, Maintenance & Local Repairs: I do by myself or coordinate trusted cleaners and local technicians.
3. Utility Bills & Expense Management: I monitor and manage utility bills and routine property expenses.
4. Booking Management & Calendar Optimization: your listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms will be optimized for visibility and accuracy + I will manage reservations, sync calendars, and handle inquiries across all channels to maximize occupancy and avoid double bookings.
5. Guest Communication, Reservation, Check-In Coordination & Support in 5 languages: responsive, friendly communication with guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring smooth check-ins, quick resolutions, and consistently high satisfaction ratings.
