As an experienced Property Management/Short-Term Rental Customer Service specialist, I am seeking a new opportunity to join a team and deliver exceptional customer service to guests and property owners. In this role, I will be responsible for managing inquiries, booking reservations, processing payments, and responding to guest feedback. Additionally, I will be responsible for communicating with property owners and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest inquiries and booking reservations through multiple channels (email, phone, etc.)
• Coordinate with the property management team to ensure that all properties are maintained to a high standard
• Manage payments, including processing refunds and chargebacks
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
• Communicate with property owners and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
