During my time as Customer Service Representative, voice/non-voice, I have learned valuable skills that appear relevant to the position desired by your company. I was an HR Team Leader in a Recruitment company. I generate leads, recruit some candidates and call them.
I was also a freelance recruiter before in PH doing end-to-end process. Sourcing corporate roles for our clients and endorsing them. Supervising the team and doing end-to-end processes for our recruitment company.
I have learned that I enjoy working in this field and that I can prove to be a valuable asset with my present skill set. I enjoy working with like-minded people, and I am a team player.
