- Create detailed template for Measurement System Analysis for GR&R (Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility) including complete parameter & measurement unit analysis with guideline.
- Consult on process improvement project by using effective root cause analysis such as 5 Whys, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Ishikawa Diagram & etc.
- Develop risk management documents such as Risk & Opportunity Planning, Contingency Plan and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control (HIRARC)
- Translate technical content such as user manual, specification, engineering document & etc from English to Malay or Malay to English language.
