Detail-Oriented Bookkeeper for 50/50 Partnership Bookkeeping & Reconciliation
Ann was polite and prompt in her communication. She did a great job with that. However, she failed to follow the instructions provided for this paid trial. I sent a detailed video brief asking her to answer specific questions regarding our project, and unfortunately she ignored the questions altogether. Instead she sent back a basic, reformatted copy of the spreadsheet I had already provided but did add an annual summary page which was nice. Ultimately, it's not a good use of our time to need to repeat things, and we had another applicant do a more thorough and complete job so we decided to go in another direction.
