Simple project for splitting a CSV file containing up to 1 MILLION LINES (records) or combine CSV files into a file totaling 1 million lines .

I will split your csv file into multiple csv files:
Split by a specified number of rows, creating files where each file contains the chosen number of rows.
Split by a selected column, creating separate files or chunks for each unique value (e.g., splitting by 'Country' column to generate a file for each country).
I will combine your csv files into a single csv file:
All the column headers need to match for this process that simply involves 'stacking' each csv file table on top of another.
