Senior Product Manager / Product Owner to Review & Challenge an AI SaaS Product (Early-Stage)
The work was not completed as agreed. The freelancer relied on AI-generated content without proper verification or validation, which resulted in inaccurate and low-quality deliverables.
When I asked him to review and correct the screenshots, he requested that I approve the current milestone and move to the next one before addressing the issues. I refused since the objectives of the current milestone were not met.
He then mentioned he would fix things progressively. Since then, he has stopped responding to my messages and appears to have abandoned the project without completing the work.
The only explanation provided was a personal situation mentioned later, without proactive communication or professional follow-up !
