Short Term Rental Finder (Rental Arbitrage)
Anthony Vivian and I went into contract only about a month ago. The goal was to have her find landlords who were open to having their properties used as short term rental listings. Within the month she was able to locate four potential leads. One of those leads happened to be a fully furnished already running Airbnb. Within the last two weeks of April, I was able to sign a lease with the current tenants in order to take over the listing. Now this is a beyond optimal scenario, but it would NOT have been possible without the help of Anthony Vivian!
