I have a B.A in Networking and Communication and 7 years of work experience in Marketing, providing technical support with various companies operating around the world and as a professional Virtual Assistant. I was trained at EDUCAT Entrepreneurship with a certificate from Rwanda Development Board and served as Assistant Manager and Tech Leader for 6 years at big companies, then quit to start freelancing full-time.

I have worked with many companies by offering different services, such as technical support and maintenance of intelligent laboratory equipment, website design, graphic design, helped big hotels to improve and increase their sales online, customer service, software management systems for bookings and reservations, offered professional virtual assistance and photography to several businesses.
