I understand sometimes that Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers do not have time to answer all their leads and prospects when needing to focus on marketing to expand their business. I am an expert in phone etiquette, customer service, data entry, proofreading, managing calendars, organizing and labeling computer files, collecting client/loan documentation, updating CRM databases, and analyzing income (personal and business). I am able to transcribe recordings and type them as notes at a speed up to 70 WPM.
