I’m an Executive Admin + Project Coordinator specializing in construction support (managing schedules, vendors, proposals, invoicing, and documentation) and aspiring real estate operations. I streamline workflows, improve processes, and keep projects on track. I also hold a Notary Public commission (VA #7861300). 😄

🕒 Typical Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM — but you might catch me in the quiet hours of 12–5 AM too. Admins never sleep… and neither do moms. 😄

You complete the short intake questions (what’s messy, main goal, access/details). Goal: I get the context I need to start.
Quick Audit (me — 24–48 hrs)
I review what you sent, scan systems or files you share, and identify 1–3 priority actions. Deliverable: Short priority list & proposed session plan.
