His word means absolutely nothing. Faisal consistently over-promises and massively under-delivers. In our 4+ month engagement for real estate appointment setting:
Promised 10 bookings by end of August - delivered ZERO
Committed to 4-8 hours weekly - routinely skipped entire weeks without notice
Guaranteed his "experienced" team member would deliver 5+ appointments - guy was completely untrained and failed spectacularly
Promised refunds for failed hours - never honored despite multiple commitments
Professionalism? Non-existent. Disappeared for 3 days during critical project phases, citing last-minute "family emergencies" without prior communication. When pressed for results, he deflects with excuses about "low hours being difficult to manage" while simultaneously boasting about managing 40+ hours for other clients.
The pattern: Big talk about his "specialized teams generating tons of appointments" and handling "100+ realtors with ease" - pure fantasy. Reality is missed deadlines, poor communication, and a complete inability to deliver on commitments.
Bottom line: If reliability and keeping your word matter for your project, look elsewhere. Faisal's promises are worthless, and his unprofessional approach will cost you time, money, and client relationships. Learn from my expensive mistake.
