I am an at-home trancriptionist and work freelance on all projects offered. I will tailor my transcriptions to suit the client as properly instructed. I work Sundays to Fridays, but Fridays I do half day and I am unavailable on Saturdays. Turnaround times will vary according to the complexities of the work given - naturally, bad audio, overtalking audios with many speakers will take longer to complete. I will always do my best to get the work done as quickly as required, but if I compromise on quality for a rush-job I will only shoot myself in the foot and lose clients for bad work, so the work is submitted when I am satisfied it is of proper standard.

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Teija can start the project.

Delivery time starts when Teija receives requirements from you.

I will listen to the audio file to ensure it is clear enough to be transcribed. I will check if the template guidelines are clear and I understand the requirements fully. If there is any problem with either the audio or template guide I will advise.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Teija.
