Responsive researcher with domain knowledge, but delivery had quality issues.
Ahmad has good knowledge of the telecom space and was responsive and honest throughout the project. That said, the project required multiple revision rounds. The initial delivery had several quality issues - unverified emails, personal Gmail addresses, wrong-company domains, and duplicate contacts.
To his credit, he chose to remove bad contacts rather than pad the numbers, and he was transparent about his limitations. Payment was adjusted proportionally and he accepted this without dispute.
Would work with him again on projects where the target market has more publicly available data.
