Recall management of up to 5 recalls per week:
BASIC: I will input work orders (or other delivery method) for the recall, assign a technician and assign a recall due date.
STANDARD: I will input work orders (or other delivery method) for the recall, assign a technician, assign a recall due date, and initiate vendor contact.
ADVANCED: I will input work orders (or other delivery method) for the recall, assign a technician, assign a recall due date, initiate vendor contact and follow through to vendor completion until FSR is received and filed with you.
