· Conduction negotiations, coordination of delivery terms.
· Implementation of documentary support for the order on the products supplied (Contract conclusion, order placing, invoices, etc.).
Control of execution of all stages of orders.
Coordination with a brand -manager, sales team, development manager, logistics manager, customs manager.
Formation of the budget of payments (month/week), controlling for the payments.
Maintain a database of orders, email handling, and communication.
Work with inspection reports: checking the qualitative and quantitative compliance of the goods produced/shipped to the order, requirements for packaging, loading, transporting.
Claim & objections work with suppliers, customer support.
Visiting exhibitions, conferences.
Mystery shopper.
Schedule appointments.
