In this leadership course we focus on introducing , practicing and implementing the best practices on strategic planning, problem solving, goals, feedback and dozens of skills needed to improve the work environment, the team management and the business decision making.
Originally this is a two hour session divided in three parts, once a week for four months. The first hour we develop a project to work on for the next week, we use tools and methods to define the current state and the future state. Then for 30 minutes we introduce and train 2 best practices and leadership skills needed to implement the project. For the last 30 minutes of the session we design a continuous improvement plan, or a Demming cycle to clearly determine the plan, the objectives, the expectations and the follow through.
I always like to personlize the program to emphasize on the direct needs of the participants, that is why I like to have an initial session to determine where we are going to focus on and how much we are going to “push” the participants.

I improve leadership practices to achieve better marketing, sales and

processes with two principal objectives.
