We assess developers based on their skills and expertise. Initially, we have them participate in a supervised coding test via codexpro.ai, resulting in a select pool of successful candidates. Following this, we conduct a live coding interview to examine the thought process behind their code implementations. Subsequently, we provide a comprehensive report detailing the candidate's evaluation.
This dual approach, combining coding tests and interviews, effectively sifts out candidates with superficial coding skills. In remote and geographically diverse settings, it can be exceptionally challenging to fairly assess candidates based on their skill set and knowledge.
You have the option to proceed with hiring or to conduct an additional round of technical evaluation by your team.
