We will engage 3 months of coaching a a 1x/week frequency, beginning with assessment tools and taking inventory of business and, if appropriate, personal priorities from a holistic and long view perspective. We will set specific short and long term objectives and design accountability and implementation plans. After an initial consultation, if a good fit, we will engage the 3 month coaching process.

Professional Coaching:
I work with high capability individuals, typically early to mid career. Typical clients are individuals in corporate management roles and entrepreneurs running stable and growing small businesses. Common areas that bring clients to coaching are a desire for support in:
-Clarifying personal purpose, mission, values, and vision
-In and outside of work contexts, assessment and 360 feedback review from peers around leadership strength and challenge areas, to identify core development areas
-Support managing overwhelm and burnout in high-challenge work/personal contexts, career transitions support

-Leaving behind roles and aspects of work that are draining and off purpose.

Coaching processes often begin with engaging one of several assessment tools (Hogan, Enneagram, CliftonStregnths, MBTI) and mapping the unique complexities of client contexts, and working to identify core values, purpose, and developmental direction. From there, we create an individualized development plan over a specified framework of time with clear goals and milestones as well as accountability structures.
Personal/Life Coaching:
Core to my personal coaching approach is sensing into the essential nature of where clients have strengths - and are stuck - and supporting them in uncovering the root elements that are both supporting and challenging their natural progression towards their desired development. I coach a wide range of individuals looking to cultivate healthier relationships, grow their personal leadership capacities, discover and build a life centered around purpose, and build new habits towards core development areas for them.
Where relevant, I integrate in my training and certifications in chaplaincy/grief care, somatic leadership trainings, youth mentorship, yoga, mindfulness, and wisdoms from work on the ground using equine assisted leadership modalities.
