Result driven management consultant with over 15 years of experience diagnosing a range of problems in both public and private sector organizations. In the past 15 years I have consulted for projects in the field of Leadership Development, HR Development, Business Process Management, Project Management and Organizational Change. Client industries range from government, government owned companies, mining, trade, telecommunication, construction, offshore oil and gas, and logistics.

I have written business plans for clients who have used this plans to raise over 2 million USD in the past 10 years. In addition to this I have guided over 80 startup entrepreneurs through their first year of business.

As a trainer and coach, I have delivered training programs in 21 countries around the world and coached over 30 organizational leaders and managers. Now in process with my ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification through Coaching Masters Academy International (Singapore).
