Recent independent work includes a cloud-native AI-integrated ERP/CRM/reporting platform with legacy-data migration; Rust/Python/Kafka pipelines with sub-300ms ingest-to-order latency; native and web tooling for long-running LLM agents; AWS systems with zero-downtime releases; and hardening AI-generated or prototype code into maintainable production systems.
Before freelancing, I worked across IBM, Lucent/Avaya, McKinsey, Barclays and Citi in engineering, consulting, audit/risk and banking O&T. Roles included telecoms OSS/CTI/IVR and enterprise integration delivery; dev-team build-out and management; executive analytics and board/regulator reporting; and multi-year global technology transformation across ~100 countries.

Kick-off
Call to discuss the venture and your funding (or other) objectives with the business plan. For plan reviews: one call after you provide the existing plan and I have reviewed it.
Iterative Planning
(Standard and Advanced only) We will then go through the strategic and operational elements of the plan, then build the financials. If you require a pitch deck, it will come last, once the plan is ready.
