Wanted: Motivational Job Search Coach for a Videographer College Grad Zero stars rating. On a 7/1/2025 message in Upwork, freelancer committed to working for me an additional 60 days because the seasonal role he helped find may not continue past October. When the seasonal role ended in mid October, freelancer then demanded and insisted that I pay him $500 for the additional 60 days he promised to work for no fee. Freelancer did not keep his word. Freelancer touted his efforts would result in landing a FT role in 60-90 days, but that turned out to be a lie. 14 months, no FT role. The job leads he provided were available to the public for anyone to search and find. That was no good because 100+ people were applying for that same job. Alfred made zero successful personal contacts with hiring personnel. I am UNsatisfied with Alfred's service.

Executive Recruiter for personal job applications Despite the long and subsequently extended period of the project, it did not come anywhere near to meeting the agreed objectives. The Freelancer was not adequately committed to the project. It was a struggle to get much needed structured and detailed progress updates on the project. Every aspect of the project suffered severe delays. A very unfortunate experience and outcome
