My Sourcing & Vetting Process
1. Technical Briefing: We review your drawings, material specs (Teak, Acacia, Oak, MDF) & target price
2. Cluster-Specific Search: I target the right hub for your product—Binh Duong for high-volume indoor/upholstery, Dong Nai for mixed materials, or Quy Nhon for outdoor/solid wood
3. On-Site Audit: My team performs a "No-Notice" factory walkthrough. We inspect their FSC certifications, waste management, and existing QC stations
4. Precision Check: For high-precision components or metal-integrated furniture, we utilize calipers, micrometers
5. Final Manufacturer Shortlist: You receive a detailed dossier on 3–5 pre-vetted factories, including photos of their actual production line (not just the showroom) and an honest assessment of their strengths and weaknesses

You get a manufacturer that is technically capable of producing your design at your price point—with the insurance that my team has already checked the moisture in the wood and the calibration of their machines
