My background is not typical for this work. I designed and implemented a Quality Management System from scratch for a Fortune 100 logistics organization and led ISO 9001 certification. I supervised teams of 200+ in high-volume 3PL environments. I spent nearly three years embedded inside ActiveCampaign, one of the leading marketing automation platforms in the world, building the automation workflows, CRM operations, and reporting infrastructure that power modern demand generation. That foundation shapes how I think about every system I touch.
What I do in practice:
Most clients come to me with one of three situations. Their systems were set up by someone else and nobody fully understands them. Their CRM has data in it but the team does not trust it. Or they are still in every decision even though that was supposed to change months ago. All of these are fixable.
Where I spend most of my time:
HubSpot and ActiveCampaign CRM architecture, lifecycle automation, and pipeline operations. RevOps and GTM systems including deal tracking, lead routing, and marketing-to-sales handoff. Event operations and launch program management. Workflow automation via Zapier and Make. SOP development and operational process design. KPI dashboards and executive reporting. Cross-functional project and program management.

This is where you will use a Video Recorder to record and send me a video of you or someone going through the entire process from start to finish. This fully trains me on the task so I can document steps and capture screenshots.
